Packaging Details Main Steel Components Steel columns, steel beams and main frame members are wrapped with waterproof woven cloth and plastic protective film at both ends; fixed with steel strapping to prevent collision, deformation and paint scratching during transit. Light Steel & Purlin Parts C purlins, Z purlins, angle steel and small fittings are bundled in standard sizes, wrapped with anti-scratch film, tightly strapped and marked with dimension labels. Roof & Wall Panels Color steel sheets and sandwich panels are covered with PE protective film on the surface, packed in wooden pallets, separated by soft cushion to avoid surface dent, scratch and water moisture. Bolts & Fasteners All bolts, nuts, washers and connecting accessories are packed in waterproof carton boxes with separate classification, marked with specification and quantity. Marking & Loading Each package is printed with part number, specification, quantity and shipping mark. Container loading is arranged by assembly sequence for convenient on-site unloading and installation.
